COLE NEUENDORF

Cole Neuendorf is the owner and head coach of Stride Factor Athletics. Cole grew up in Levittown, NY, where he attended Island Trees High School. During his time at Island Trees, Cole was a multi-sport athlete, competing in both football and basketball. After a successful high school career, Cole joined the Division I collegiate football team at Long Island University- Post. With about a decade of experience, Cole works with athletes from the youth to the professional level. He focuses on the skills to develop speed, strength, and overall athletic performance through structured training sessions and consistency. Cole values building strong relationships with his athletes and enjoys being a part of each of their journeys. He ensures their growth both on and off the field, making them well-rounded athletes. At Stride Factor, Cole's goal is to create an environment that mirrors a high-level athletic performance program, giving every athlete the tools, structure, and coaching needed to reach their full potential.
